Senior Salesforce.com Consultant
We are looking for Senior Salesforce.com Consultants with subject matter expertise in Salesforce.com Sales and/or Service cloud. This position requires a strong background in Salesforce.com systems design, configuration, implementation, administration and support. The ideal candidate should be expert in analyzing and assessing business requirements, mapping these to the capabilities of the Salesforce.com application, have the ability to lead training workshops and provide direction to other team members. This candidate will be responsible to deliver full lifecycle SFDC implementation from inception to rollout.
Minimum Job Requirement
- 7+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
- 5+ years of functional domain knowledge in sales and/or service and/or support environment.
- A minimum of 5 full life cycle Salesforce.com implementations.
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com integration and data management.
- Salesforce Administrator certificate is must.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certificate is desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
